We have been informed about the existence of fraud attempts (phishing) in which our company data, including names, signatures or visual elements, are misused.
To avoid any risk, please take the following into account:
- We never request changes to the bank account via unsecured email or channels not contractually agreed
- Any change to the payment account is communicated exclusively through the methods agreed in the contract
- Payments are made only to the IBAN account mentioned in the official invoice
- This account is the one agreed in the contract and is not changed without a formal notification, according to the contract
- The only valid invoices are those available in the SPV (Virtual Private Space)
- The invoice in the SPV represents the original, stand-alone document
- Any document sent outside the SPV is not considered an original invoice
